We are seeking driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our web development and support services business. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Hubspot, AI-assisted cold calls, emails, and other prospecting tools to generate new sales opportunities
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients during the sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Assist with CRM workflow optimization, including automation and workflow logic
- Proactively seek new business opportunities through:
- Strategic outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Active participation in LinkedIn communities where prospects engage
- Research and engagement in industry-specific forums and communities
- Content repurposing for LinkedIn, aligned with company tone and style
- Building and maintaining a presence in relevant B2B communities
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure accurate solution scoping and pricing
- Submit weekly reports to the sales manager
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously improve sales skills through training programs
Performance Metrics
- Primary KPI: Number of qualified sales calls booked

Required Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) – must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related services
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong understanding of web development, digital services, and current technology trends
- Experience with Hubspot and modern sales tools
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow optimization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Comfortable with AI-assisted cold calling and digital outreach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling web development, IT services, or SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of web technologies, development frameworks, and digital marketing
- Existing network within relevant industries
- Experience with consultative selling approaches
- Project management experience

Working Hours & Location
- Hybrid work schedule: In-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; remote Tuesday and Thursday
- Travel required up to two days per month
