    Dominating AI search visibility and scaling organic growth

    Building visibility in a crowded, AI-driven market

    Over-reliance on branded keyword traffic

    Before partnering with Productive Shop, most of Keen’s organic rankings came from branded terms. With only 72 top-10 keywords and limited non-branded visibility, Keen was missing high-intent buyers searching for marketing mix modeling solutions.

    Limited presence in AI and emerging search formats

    Keen had almost no presence in AI-generated search results. With only three keywords appearing in AI Overviews at the start of 2025, the site was not capturing the growing share of B2B buyers using tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity to research solutions.

    Technical SEO gaps holding back performance

    The website faced core web vitals issues and technical inefficiencies that were limiting crawlability and page experience scores. Without fixing these foundations, content efforts alone would not drive meaningful improvements in rankings.

    We built an editorial calendar focused on key buyer pain points and decision criteria. New long-form content and updates to existing pages strengthened authority across core topics, from marketing mix modeling fundamentals to media planning and cross-media measurement.

    AI and GEO visibility strategy

    Productive Shop implemented a generative engine optimization (GEO) strategy to align with how buyers use AI tools for research. Content was structured to answer complex queries, increasing AI Overview presence and improving visibility for high-intent topics.

    Technical SEO improvements for a stronger foundation

    Productive Shop resolved core web vitals issues, optimized images and plugins, improved internal linking across the blog and resources section and implemented schema markup on key pages. These changes improved crawlability, page experience and ranking stability.

    Competitive positioning through content writing

    To defend and expand Keen’s share of voice against well-funded competitors, we wrote and published content targeting category-level queries and buyer comparison searches. This approach strengthened visibility and positioning across the competitive landscape.
