Our firm prides itself on being adaptable, agile, and attentive to our clients’ needs. Therefore, we seek a Senior Paid Search Strategist to join our team.

As a Senior Paid Search Strategist, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing advanced paid search strategies across various digital platforms, primarily focusing on Google AdWords, BingAds, and other relevant platforms. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of client campaigns in alignment with overarching business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership:

  • Spearheaded the development and execution of sophisticated paid search strategies that align with the client’s business goals and industry trends.
  • Provide thought leadership within the team, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to refine and optimize strategies continuously.

Campaign Development and Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end creation and management of paid search campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with other digital channels.
  • Leverage advanced targeting options and audience segmentation to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Data-Driven Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Budget Management:

  • Take ownership of client budgets, implementing strategies to maximize the impact of allocated funds.
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance within budget constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Analytics, and Creative, to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication, strategic guidance, and measurable results.
  • Present and explain complex paid search strategies compellingly and understandably.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, exploring new technologies and tactics to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (6 + years) in a senior-level paid search role with a successful campaign management and strategic leadership track record.
  • Expertise in Google AdWords, BingAds, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, Campaign Manager, GTM, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • Having experience in programmatic advertising is a plus.
