We are looking for a skilled and motivated Middle Full Stack Developer to join our Web Services team, focusing on building and maintaining high-performance marketing and growth-oriented websites. You will be instrumental in bridging design, marketing, and technology to deliver exceptional, lead-generating digital experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of content management systems, modern front-end practices, and robust backend development, with a critical focus on Core Web Vitals (CWV) and site speed optimization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following minimum experience standards:

  • WordPress: 4+ years of professional experience developing custom themes, plugins, and complex WordPress implementations.

  • CMS Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing sites using either Webflow or HubSpot CMS.

  • Front-End Foundation: Solid command of HTML5/CSS3 (including responsive design principles and modern CSS techniques).

  • JavaScript: Strong working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) for implementing complex front-end functionality.

  • Back-End Development: Experience with backend technologies, including PHP and Node.js.

  • Database: Good knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL, for optimization and queries.

  • Performance Optimization (NEW): Proven experience and good CWV understanding with a track record of implementing performance optimization techniques to achieve high PageSpeed Insights scores.

Desirable Experience (Plus Skills)

Experience in any of the following areas is a significant advantage:

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CMS development.

  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically Next.js, especially when coupled with headless CMS solutions like Storyblok (or Contentful, Gatsby, etc.).

  • Familiarity with technical SEO best practices beyond performance.

  • Experience integrating marketing tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize robust marketing websites and landing pages across various platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Hubspot).

  • Lead performance optimization efforts for all web properties, ensuring sites consistently meet or exceed Core Web Vitals standards (LCP, FID/INP, and CLS).

  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for both front-end presentation and back-end logic.

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure technical feasibility and translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, fully functional web experiences.

  • Implement and maintain third-party integrations, APIs, and tracking codes.

  • Actively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and bugs across development, staging, and production environments.

  • Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.
