You see, home renovations are a very crowded marketplace with an extremely low barrier to entry, which leads to staggering quality issues in workmanship. The Easy reno team solves the problem by providing clients with 3D renderings of their dream interior builds and, after revisions, they source top-quality products to build exactly what was approved by the client. This process delivers quite literally a picture-perfect final design.

    Like most businesses in the hyper-growth stage, Easy Renovation was stuck in a fragmented environment. They used a mix of Excel sheets and a CRM system that did not meet the needs of an expanding business. There was no one source of truth to understand sales volumes, sales efforts, forecasted pipeline and marketing attribution for lead generation.
