Http error: 102 Processing

102 Processing

When you receive a 102 Processing HTTP status code, it means that the server is still working on the request and has not yet completed it. This is usually used for long-running requests, such as file uploads or downloads.

The 102 Processing status code is a relatively new one, included in the RFC 2518bis specification. It was designed to provide a way for clients and servers to communicate the fact that a request is still being processed, without having to wait for the entire request to be completed.

This can be useful for a number of reasons. For example, if you’re uploading a large file, you might want to know that the server has received the file and is processing it, without having to wait for the entire upload to be completed.

The 102 Processing status code is similar to the 202 Accepted status code, in that both indicate that the request has been received and is being processed. However, the 202 Accepted code indicates that the request has been accepted for processing, but does not necessarily mean that the processing has been completed.
